Sausalito Marina

This commercial site had more than sixty diseased dwarfed pepper trees that blocked the view of the water and damaged the asphalt with their large roots. We took out all but three of the pepper trees and added arbutus marina. In the center of the parking lot we put it pineapple guavas, which will never ruin the asphalt. We added several palm trees, grasses, agave and aloe – as well as other succulents for a modern, breezy vacation feel.

It’s cool that you did this. My dad used to take me here every time I spent the weekend with him. I’m sure you remember dropping me off.
